    We ship your most desired items any where you are in the world
  • How long do shipments take ?
    It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive anywhere in Quebec. Outside of Quebec, deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • How long do i have to return/refund ?
    1. Returns We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unused and free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. 2. Refunds Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. 3. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including: Opened or damaged booster packs, booster boxes, or other sealed products. Items that have been personalized, altered, or customized. Products that are not in their original condition or packaging. 4. Exchanges If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at the contact us page with a description of the issue and a photo if possible. We will work with you to arrange an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement. 5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item).     At UPC, we prioritize the safety and protection of your valuable collectible products throughout the packaging and delivery process. Here's how we ensure each type of item is securely packaged: - Raw Cards: Each raw card is first placed in a sleeve and then into a toploader. To add extra protection, we sandwich the toploader between two pieces of sturdy cardboard. Finally, the entire package is placed in a bubble envelope for cushioning during transit. - Slabs: Slabs are handled with special care as well. Each slab is placed in a slab sleeve to protect the case. This sleeved slab is then secured between two pieces of cardboard, and the entire package is nestled in a bubble envelope to safeguard it from any impact. - Sealed Products and Big Orders: For sealed products and larger orders, we take additional steps to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. Each box is filled with packing paper or other cushioning materials to prevent movement inside the box. We then pad the box with extra materials to absorb shocks and impacts during shipping. This comprehensive approach reduces the risk of damage and ensures your products arrive safely.
